The bite is still on...
Got the bass again today with our four man crew of the lip, my 2 neighbors, and yours truly. Made enough bait in one throw to last 3 weeks. Only kept what we needed and were on our way. The bite was definitely slower today. We went on the chunk again and managed to box 2 keepers. We lost more fish today than i could even count. We had to loose at least 10 bass today. Dont know what the problem was today. One of the two keepers was 22 pounds. Wish we could have boated more but it beezzz that way some times... ( words of the lip ). lol Another GREAT and beautiful day on the water with great people. Still on the bass though. I have been getting numerous emails asking me about us running open boats and if we are running charters. Really brings smiles to my face every time i see those emails but unfortunately i am only 16 years old and dont have my captains licence. Once i am aloud to get my licence at 18 i will be getting it without a doubt and we will hopefully be running our own charter business. That has been my dream for i dont know how long. Only 2 more years to go... i can see it now
