May 18th and 19th Weekend Wrap-Up

Captain Matt reports,

Nice to be back Fluke fishing once again. Fishing was a little slow over the weekend for the Flatties. We caught a handful of keepers in the morning and afternoon along with some shorts. The water is still a little bit on the chilly side but once it warms up a little bit, they should open there mouths and eat a little better. Eddie Mackin is on our Monthly Pool leader with a 6lb 1oz Fluke!

DECENT BLUEFISHING AGAIN ON SATURDAY NIGHT!

We got out to the same area as the night before and seen the Blues swimming on top once again. Fishing started off a little slow but got better a the night went on. All fish were in the 4-8lb range. Everybody went home with some filets!

SAILING EVERY DAY FOR FLUKE!

8AM-12:30PM AND 2PM-6:30PM!

STARING MAY 24TH, 1/2 NIGHT BLUEFISHING EVERY NIGHT FROM 7:30PM-1AM!

Was Great To Get Out Fluking Again.the A.m. Trip Was Alittle Slow
With No Drift.we Did Pick Away With Shorts And A Few Keepers.i Caught A 17in Croaker And A Few Almosts.the Afternoon Trip Was Better With A Good Drift.we Had Quite A Few Shorts And Some Nice Keepers.we Dropped Allot Of Fish Also.the Capts And Crew Did A Great Job.thanks Again For A Great Trip.

Great to hear night blues I need to get down and see Capt. Matthew always a blast night bluefishing on the k! Heard that Mackin guy is a complete hack and snags everything he catches :) but now my question
Croaker?????????????????? that thing should be 150 mioles south and up the chesapeake wtf its to cold for sea bass but theres a croaker around?????? global climate change is real!

YEA A REAL HACK!! i heard there were a few caught from barnaget all the way to the hook.was good eaten that for sure.i hope they hang around
