The Angelo Melchiorri charter was on board the Bounty Hunter today. Capt. Paul headed back to the Clam Grounds looking for a repeat of the bite he had over the past few days. However the bite never turned on. After 3 hours all we had were 2 keeper Bass and a couple of shorts. We decided to run south and put out the Trolling gear but we quickly found out the entire area from the Rocks south was run over by big Blues. The crew spent the next 2 hours fighting Blues up to 15 lbs. It was not the day we were looking for but Angelo and his crew will be back to give it another try. :(
