Went to the garden center late afternoon to pick up some flowers. Had my rod, license, and a few go to lures and stopped by a local pond on the way back home. Skies were already looking ugly, but ya gotta give it a try. Fished ~ 10-15 min and landed 3 LMB from 10-14 inches. Thinking things were looking up and I looked up. Dark clouds, wind blowing and temps dropping and thunder rolled in so quickly I didn't see it coming. A race to the truck before the downpour:mad: Heading to the lake on the boat tomorrow.
