Capt Jim Elliott had the Golden Eagle out today and reported that the bass fishing was not too good. He ended up with a few bass and a few blues.
He said there were plenty of bait and fish readings but they just didn't bite.
The good news is the wind has changed direction after two weeks of east winds. It is suppose to be a beautiful day tomorrow. Maybe that will help improve the bass fishing.
The GOLDEN EAGLE sails daily for Stripers at 7:30am from Belmar Marina.
