Atlantic highlands ramp

Just wondering if anyone has heard if the ramp is open in Atlantic highlands?

Was there on Sunday and no chance in hell. They are using it for a staging area for the work. Dock material is all over the ramp area.

NO way,, the ramp is full of crap they are using to finish the docks..

I got an email from them yesterday saying the ramp will be open may first. I doubt it but nice to hope.
