Had to come home

Down to the OE this am. Only 3 other guys showed up. Big M at dock so no one there. Only 2 showed at the D and said they'd be back tomorrow. Captain Bobby gave us discounts for next trip. Everybody waits to fish on best day of the week. I'll wait 'til next week to use my coupon. Picked up 177 pounds of lead on the way home. Maybe some sinker and jig making tomorrow.

Not only does it suck that nobody showed up, but the fact that the day turned out as nice as it is makes it suck even more!

That is a bummer I have not had a chance to fish the OE maybe next week I will try for Thurs or Fri.

U should hope any type of paying fare shows up so u don't end up going home after getting up at 3-4am! I think anyone Fishin in Feb doesn't have the title of fair weather fisherman. Good luck tomorrow... Hope you nail em good.

I agree Harpoon...No day in February is considered fair weather. If you're out there at all this month, you're hardcore. Hope you have better luck (Frugalfisherman) next time. OE is a great boat...my fave. Captain and crew are top notch. Maybe see you out there soon. :o
