A normal blackfish day. Fair. No big fish like last Tuesday. Everyone went home with fillets. I struggled with five fish, one keeper. We had some hot shots aboard today to help Capt. Chad. Jimmy Morenz who works at Julians. Capt. Derek from Fisher Price mated today. Capt. Lou and Capt. Pat Rogers from this site also were aboard as well as two others. Great professional crew. Could not ask for better.
The weather was not for the faint hearted. Cloudy, some wind, and by 2:00 pm 4' waves with snow flurries. I can't get warm and I've been home two hours! Under the covers I go.
