I'm all for making it easier for law enforcement to catch bad guys but this is kind of frightening to me.... I certainly think government should be able to obtain a warrant to read someone's email if there is probable cause. I don't however think they should be able to invade someone's privacy with out a warrant.
Big Brother at work here... If you think so too, make sure and write your Senators and Congressmen.
