Beautiful morning (pic)

Didnt catch anything but witnessed this sunrise. I think I had a pike saw through a 20 or 30 lb brand new leader. Suddenly my lure just stopped (Like it usually does for a big pike) When I went to set the hook my leader came back frayed. Is that possible? I call this photo sun and fish rising.

Love that time of day on the water....especially with the cool mornings we have been having.

And yes I believe that Toothy Critter teeth can cut through that stuff like nothing if at the right angle. Like cutting line with scissors sometimes.
