Ok, so I am big believer of using big bucktails for striped bass. In fact, I use 10oz, 12oz, 16oz jigs as my trolling weights for bunker spoons and I have caught many many fish on the actual bucktail being trolled.
But, with the Fall......also comes the sandeel run here in Jersey, as we are starting to see some advertising for already.
You know me......I gotta throw my hat the ring too. :D
Our latest addition to our sandeel jigs did better than expected this Spring, with double headers and a 58# bass jigged up by a 12yr old Brandon, of Sea Girt.
We have some in stock, will have more on the way soon, available in tail hook, assist hook models and 2oz and 4oz models. I think we may even have some in the 6oz and 8oz sizes by the time the bass get here too. ;)
