Last week I decided to put a power handle on my new Canyon Reel HS15 :) and in the process I over tightened the nut and broke the threads on the shaft screw:mad: …
Made a quick phone call to Don @ Canyon Reels & he said “just ship it to me”. I sent it on Monday, knowing what will take to repair the reel I didn’t have much hope to get it back in time for the RFA trip on Sunday:confused: … But here we are Wednesday & I got it back good as new…
:) :) Thanks Don, I do appreciate your quick respond and great customer service.
Looking forward to doing more business with Canyon reels (maybe I’ll get the HS18 2 speed Next).

Don is top notch. Going above beyond is what Don is all about. Has some very nice new reels that he showed me a few months ago that will be big hit when they hit the market.

We have these new reels in the shop. Some for sale, some are samples to be played with. Its always free to look! Stop in and check them out.

As far as Don......we are a warranty center for Canyon and Don is by far the best to deal with! Sure it helps that we are minutes away from him and I was part of Canyon early on, but he treats EVERYBODY the same!

Your not going to find that "hometown service" everywhere!
