Help Garmin 2010C

A friend has a Garmin 2010C machine on his boat. I have never operated this unit , what I need to know is how to acquire & set up waypoints!
He does not have the original booklet, may e somrone on the board has this machine & can advise me on this process.
I know the factory may have an on line tutorial as well, try here first!

Thanks , I contacted factory got new book to keep on fishing board. Quite a bit
Complicated at first than my NORTHSTAR

I like the Garmin but they do use the long way around at times for simple functions.
