This recipe is not real good for you, but the end result is REAL good!!!

Ingredients:

6 Lobsters (steamed or boiled)
1 stick of butter
jerk seasonng (McCormick's)
Capt. Morgan's Rum

Procedure:

Boil or steam lobsters and let cool a little while. Crack lobster remove meat and cut into small pieces. In a large skillet, using a high powered burner, melt butter then add lobster. Sautee for a minute or so adding Jerk seasoning stirring frequently. Add Rum and set ingredients on fire until the lobster and butter carmelize. Extinguish flame, put ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!!!! A nice piece of italian bread is a nice idea to soak up the extra sauce.

Substitute Capt. Morgam with your favorite Rum
Substitute McCormicks Jerk with your favorite seafood seasoning.
