Troutin' in the rain

Last eve I gave a couple sections of the stream a good going over in the rain! Well the previous night had hit both spots looking for big fish.
I always did quite well in the rising water conditions & rain like last eve.
Last night was the worst in the last ten consecutive days of troutin' for me.
One midget bow , where last eve I hand a pretty good pull.Well one spot I couldn't make due to time constraints , try it tonite!
