Coat Baking pan with oil
Layer chopped Onions and season
Layer of Ling Fillets
Layer of Blanched Spinach
Layer of Shredded cheese (your choice)
Light layer of seasoned bread crumbs
Layer of Ling Fillets
Layer chopped Onions (season)
Layer of Blanched Spinach
Layer of seasoned Bread Crumbs
Pre Heat Oven to 345
Bake for 45 minutes
Add a Side of Stewed Tomatos, some Cold Brews and you are set.
