So here is what i came up with, kind of a spin on fondue so it was served hot in a small crock like pot.
Ingredients, 1 diced shallot, table spoon or so of butter, half cup or so of half/half, half cup of cream cheese, squirt of dejon mustard, table spoon or so of old bay, salt/pep, about 2 lbs of steamed blackfish.
Melt butter, add shallot to soften, add half/ half and simmer. Fold crm cheese until smoothe, add mustard, old bay and a fresh squeeze of a halfed lemon.
Season w salt n pep and fold in shredded fish.
Keep warm in a small crock pot and serve hot.
Came out good. Needs something else, mabey capers or a dash of hot sauce.
Dip crackers, pita chips, ect and of course follow up with an icy cold lager.
Ill update recepie as it is fine tuned.
