I love the water shake off in mid flight while holding a flounder.

Hey - don't they have size limits>? 18 inches in NJ if you're an osprey!

In the spring you can watch them pick off flounder on the Leonardo flats.

It's all about the shake mid-flight and repositioning the fish for better aerodynamics.
