Someone told me to try this and it really tastes like lobster.
Take your tog filets and cut them into bite size pieces.
Boil a pot of water with about three tablespoons of brown sugar in it.
When the water is boiling, add the tog.
When the water starts to boil again, take the tog out right away (it's done).
Eat it with drawn butter or any other way you'd prepare lobster.

just ate this it was awesome except i used old bay instead of sugar and i put it over linguine with butter

Save the liquid from steaming lobster( lobster stock ). Try that instead of water. It's also great for boiling schrimp in.

Put a little old bay and fresh garlic in your butter,
I eat most of my blackfish that way !!!!!!!!
ITS GOOD
Was told the sugar changes the make up of the meat, and it works with Halibet the same way.
I believe Bob Morrell Posted the recipe last year, been using it ever since
