New Jersey F & W 2011 Freshwater Fishing Issue states:

SALE OF FISH:

"It is ILLEGAL to sell ANY freshwater fish species except under commercial permits as prescribed in the Fish and Game Code. Aftificially propagated trout, if properly tagged, may be sold for food purposes."

Thats just disturbing on so many levels!!!

"if you want" is the key, he isnt selling anything (technically)

Why YOU are searching trout on craigslist is just weird.....

How alone do ya have to be, to not have ANYONE to give fish away to that you resort to listing stuff like that on CL???

If you can't take the time to clean them, don't keep them. Not the most enlightened angler by a longshot. I don't think frozen entrails does the meat any good if not outright spoil it unless they were frozen very quickly!

I'd be willing to wager that all 13 fish were taken out by this individual on the same day putting him well over his limit too.

Cormorants and people like this are off my Christmas card list....

This is exactly the sickness of so many so called fishermen, bring a camera and catch them again when they're bigger and a bit of a challenge!!! He's not a fisherman he's a trophy hunter who doesn't own a camera!!!...idiots like this are what fishing is NOT about!!!! it's the self satisfaction not the showing of carcasses of stockie, rookie catches to family or bar buddies!!!!....F'ing dip sh*ts like that make me sick! enjoy your empty rivers dumbass, our increasing license fees will give you a quick show off next April!!!

... and I know there are some stockings to come, and fall stockings but this guy sounds like he's an April A-hole,you know, the starving stockie opening weekend wizzard. You don't see him in February chasing trout...why? Once they're in the river a week they're not eating corn and cheese! oh, and thanks to guys like this there arent any left in 90% of the NJ rivers after May.....sorry guys this makes me pissed.... but at least for the TRUE trouters there are spots for all year action. Bless you all and tight lines!
