Lamington R trout

Went out late this morning, hit the Lamington for about an hour, an area not stocked, Caught two trout, one brown 16" on Bo 15". Both been in the stream a while, nice color and full fins, Nice to get out before the rain, Not another person fishing the area, not even a boot print :)

I really like the Lamington. For me it's close to home, and like you said, fished it and there were no other boot prints. Highly under fished and under rated, thanx for the report, you got some nice trout !

Plus that club water stocks some nice ones and the trout roam.

Thinking it might be nice river to float fish. Have any of you floated it in a canoe or Kayak, if so how was it? Any suggestions on put in take out that might work that wouldn't need too much pushing over shallows.
