There were plenty washed into the parking lots this morning. Grab a spatula and get as many as you want!

I just came back in, there are plenty out there. Don't use to bright of lite, or, put red cellophane on the lens, it's almost like they know what your going to do with them.:)
Remember you have to outsmart them.:D

i went out tonight for half hour...got about 2 dozen BIG worms. i used a small flash light. it was pretty fun. they are tough to get out once they burrow deep in the ground. does this happen at night after every rainstorm?

Get them during the DAY...Take a garden hose , turn it on slow and put it where the lawn is thin..Within minutes they start to come ALL the way out...Just pick them up...No breakage...Any warm day will do at this time of year...Got a couple dozen last week and a few more on Tues..Been doing it for years..

interesting thought. i put them in a bucket and threw some loose dirt on them. i put something to cover the bucket to they dont come out. how would you go about keeping them alive? do they require any care/feeding?

Styrofoam containers or cups with lids on..Punch a few holes in the lids, add a touch of dirt and put in the bottom of refridgerator..Last a long time...
