Well, Judith isn't the easiest person to live with but she does make two dishes very well.
One is roasted chicken and the other is crabs marinara over linguini. Here is the recipe for the crabs. We had it the other day and as usual, it was great.
We must have sat there for 2 hours picking those crabs. Boy they were good.
Thanks Judith Dear!
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped .
3 28 oz. cans crushed Jersey Fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 tsp. oregano and parsely each
1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
2 dozen lg. blue claw's crabs, cleaned by removing shell, wash under water removing all insides
1 1/2lb. Barilla linguine
In an 8 quart saucepan add olive oil and garlic. Brown lightly on medium
heat.
Add remaining ingredients except crabs. Heat on medium-high temperature until boiling, reduce heat to low.
Simmer 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the crabs. Return to boil and cook for 30 minutes.
Remove and serve. over cooked linguine with crispy bread:D .
Makes 6 servings.
Enjoy Leif
