Do they shrink or do the plastic windows shrink? I can't get mine on this year. Any tricks to getting the windows attached to the top when its really tight?

Make certain it is a warm day, if there is a zipper, zipper almost all the way, then do the snaps, and finish the last bit of the zipper.

Put them in a very warm place. Not 200 degrees warm. But like a car trunk on a sunny day. It'll be a 1000 percent better.

Yes, they are hard to work with. Worse when cold.
