Got three big boys sitting in my sink. Any great way to cook these other then the way I normally cook blue claws, in a beer bath :) Any suggestions within the next couple hours would be great.

I don't know why you have 3 Jonah crabs sitting in your sink but cook em just like a normal blueclaw.

I'd cook em down in a red sauce.... over linguini.

I had this great dish a few weeks ago. The chef made Lobster tail in the style of chicken parm and served it over spaghetti. It was FREAKING AWESOME.

please dont ever talk about fish and red sauce and cheese in the same topic... YAAAAAAAAAAAAK!!! seafood and cheese do not go together.. kinda like drum parm.. GROSS! hahah

But i will allow you to talk about shellfish in that manner, because i am one person who loves shrimp and lobster parm.. but fish parm just doesnt work well! lol
