The following is a copy from the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council web site. Finally a chance to actually see our "fisheries experts" (yes, that was sarcasm) contemplating how to screw up our beloved sport some more.
Beginning with its October 13-15, 2009 Council meeting in Ocean City, Maryland, the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council will be broadcasting its meetings. You can access the live video and audio feed via the internet by going to www.ustream.tv After you have connected to this site, type
mafmc in the search block to view the meeting as it occurs. Please note that your search will only connect when the "live stream" is active. This initiative is another outreach effort by the Council to provide to the public an open and transparent means to monitor this Council's programs and activities.
You can also access our website (www.mafmc.org) to review and/or download the meeting agenda and meeting materials which are located on the opening page under the "Latest News" heading.
