cut fish into small pieces, about 5x5 or so
1 gallon ziplock bag
all ingredients are measured by amount of flavor desired


onion powder
gaaaaalic powder
extra virgin olive oil
(kicker)chef paul prudhommes blackened redfish magic*

place fish in bag
add some oil
add onion powder, gaaaaalic powder, blackened seasoning
shake but do not bake
let sit overnight

in med frying pan heat 2tsp EV olive oil
once hot, cook each side 2-2 1/2 min
remove from heat, let sit 2 min
quit drooling and eat:) :) :)
