We had Eddie from Toggy Time jigs on to talk targeting blackfish with a jig. The jig tactic has always appealed to me due to the lighter gear and ability to really feel the area you're fishing. I always use the jig unless conditions don't allow (or its a bad idea to ise lighter line with what the structure is) or if others are getting a better rig bite near me. I'd be lying though if i didnt say in the back head is always the thought that a really big fish can more easily break me off on a jig setup...
How do you guys feel?
