Obviously you are catching fluke -- I'm somewhat surprized how small the hooks are.

The stock hooks are actually too big and heavy (not to mention terrible quality) - I linked the replacement hooks in the video description but I run a #7 gammy SP MH treble in the belly and #2 Owner Single hook in the tail to lighten the bait up to a slow float.
