We had a variety of fish on board today. It was slower than it has been but we started off with a pick on BONITO on a few drifts with MACKEREL in the mix.
Mid-morning we concentrated on the BLUES and picked slowly on long drifts with shots of BLUES up to 8 pounds at times. You had to work hard at it today.
By the end of the day, we had BLUES, BONITO and MACKEREL. We also had nice JUMBO SEA BASS that were jigged up on the hills and rough bottom that we were fishing on.
There are plenty of fish around and the weather looks beautiful for the upcoming week.
