Had a nice flat and warmer weather window in the afternoon so me, Mike and Arty decided to give it a shot. Got anchored up on a favorite piece and got a grindy bite going from around 1 - 5pm. Conditions were near perfect for jigging with hardly any current but they didn't want anything to do with the jig so we stuck to rigs using white leggars and clams.
Wind switched around a few times which pushed us off the piece and I had to re anchor twice to get back on it. Art wound up with 3 keepers and a Ling, Mike had 2 and had 1 and we weeded though a ton of shorts. Biggest was between 7 and 8 pounds which was caught by Art, he definitely had the hot hand a was getting bit pretty steadily until the bite tapered off.
