Conditions look great for the next five days starting tomorrow, Thurs., Dec. 28th. The fishing has been pretty good of late. The last couple of weeks high hook have been averaging four keeper tog with most of the guys landing two to three keepers on average with pretty good short action - lots of 14 inch blackfish released. We've been fishing from 50 to 70 feet of water. It's been a pretty mild winter so far so I don't see the fish moving out of the area for a long time. Actually, it will get better when the bigger fish move out of the Hudson River. I'll be running the boat tomorrow (Thurs.), Fri. and Sat. and Capt. Jack will be at the helm on Sun. and Mon. New Year's day. We will definitely be fishing the whole month of January for blackfish. Sailing 7:30 a.m. returning 2:30/3:00 p.m. Fare is $90. We have heated handrails and heated cabin for your comfort. We've had some while leggers aboard, but to be honest, the fish have been biting on the green crabs at the location we've been fishing. When it gets a little colder and the fish move out a little deeper, we will start using the white leggers along with the greens. You can text me or call me at 732-245-6514 to ask about the conditions or anything else you need to know. We look forward to seeing you at the dock. Thanks, Capt. Scott, Capt. Jack and crew Joey, Sr., Joseph, Jr. and John.
