MA trip planning

Always have fluke on the mind. Anyone ever fish the Cape Cod canal for bass? Would be looking to do that in tandem with a Nantucket fluke trip. Any advice or experience with the canal in the summer is appreciated!

we got blownout up there 1 time, me, dev, vince & vinnie fished the canal. caught 1 tiny tog but did see 1 nice bass caught. the current in that jawn makes the current in the point pleasant canal look like a farm pond
