It was EXCELLENT STRIPED BASS fishing right away today! We were able to fish local and close so it was a nice short ride. There was plenty of life with excellent readings and nice long drifts with action around the boat. We had numerous fish on at times and the boat was limited out on KEEPERS and SLOT FISH with plenty of fish safely released. Shads along with jigs, plain and tailed, all worked great today.
The weather is warming up tomorrow and Saturday with temps in the 50's so it will be gorgeous fishing in the ocean. There are big areas of BASS and plenty of fish around so come on down and get in on the action.
