9/5/23. Nice day on the fluke grounds. Tough conditions today with no drift. Fishing was slower than it’s been last few days. Had a few decent shots of quality fish in the morning. Drift dropped out to nothing and we lost our life. Searched around only to find a few on every stop. We did manage to land a new seasonal pool leader at 9lbs 5oz. Had a bunch of anglers with limits and some nice quality fish in the mix. Back at it tommorow weather looks good.
