Fishing was a little slower today than it has been but anglers that stayed at it and worked hard had their limit of BLUES. There were decent readings with fish stacked up on top of the hills. At times, we had multiple 2 to 3 lb. BLUES on with some 4 to 6 pounders mixed in and then it would be back to a slow pick. We also had a few BONITO and ALBIES.
The weather looks gorgeous this Labor Day weekend and there are plenty of fish around. We have space available on our Morning Trips that depart at 7:30am so make your reservations and enjoy the day fishing in the ocean.
The GOLDEN EAGLE sails every day for STRIPERS & BLUES at 7:30 am from Belmar Marina in Belmar, NJ.
