GAMBLER --Nite Wreckin'

Gambler's Nite Wreckin' trips were a lot of fun this week. We were out Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Our customers caught ling, sea bass, bluefish and mackerel. Great fun.

We are only making these trips 3 nights a week. Best to book in advance but we do take walk-ons.

There sure was variety. I heard a rumor that a couple of Bluefin were caught in the area that we have been fishing.There were small Bluefish around every night. We could fly line them with no weight and smelt for bait. The Squid have been spooky and hard to catch with all the preditors around. A lot of customers brought rods that were too light for bottom fishing. You should be using 30lb tackle capable of handling 8-10 ozs of weight. We have rentals available that get the job done. Looking forward to getting out there this weekend.
