4/21 Shore Blackfishing

I hit up a super secret spot in Point Pleasant for tog. They mostly hit on sandworms at slack tide. Not much on clams or the moving tide. Wound up with 15 fish, 2 were a bit over 15 inches. I think it is too early to use green crabs. Maybe fiddlers or asians would work.

Had 19 today, 2 keeper sized, but most were only about 10" unlike Friday when they were mostly about 13". Bait of choice was still sandworms. Fish and Game were there checking people and handing our regulations. Most of the people in my line of sight didn't catch much because they were using crabs. The crab bite will start right after the season closes as usual.
