Foul Hook

I did my annual blackfish Friday trip. After hearing about the local grounds being slow the last few days I figured I'd make a left this morning. I had a plan to try and anchor with the changing wind in mind. I picked a larger area I could fish as conditions changed, it worked out today. We had 42 shorts and 17 keepers for 4 man crew. It was a tough picky bite. You'd get a hit then nothing. All fish but one were on rigs, and whites or greenies seemed to work equally. I saw alot of Boat moving around and decided to sit tight as we had action although not the best. It didn't seem worth moving when boats kept moving. So it was a decent pick, it just took time to wait them out. Furious bite at the end of the day. FH
