SATURDAY NIGHT 7:30PM & SUNDAY 7:30AM
4PM - 8PM SUNDAY Fluke & Bass
PLENTY OF SPACE AVAILABLE
Mackerel, blues, sea bass, fluke, ling, Bonito.
SUNDAY REPORT 7/24/22
Mackerel were biting as soon as we started fishing today again, along with a few Sea Bass!
We did make a few shifts today when fishing would slow down and each time we would catch some Sea bass, ling and plenty of mackerel everywhere.
The pool winner was:
Kan Kluk from Leighton PA with a jumbo mackerel.
Fishing has been good everyday in an area 15 miles southeast of Brielle. We have been chumming, catching plenty of mackerel, good numbers of sea bass, a few ling, and an occasional bonito.
If you're looking to take the family for a fun day of fishing, you won't find any more action than what we've had for the past 2 plus weeks.
It has been consistently good fishing. Everyone is catching plenty of fish from novice to experienced angler, Young, and old.
OFFSHORE TUNA
11PM JULY 31, & AUG 1
Unfortunately we had to cancel the a 24th tuna trip because of the weather. However, it has been rescheduled for an 11PM departure on Sunday July 31.
We also have another offshore tune a trip leaving Monday night at 11:00 p.m. August 1st.
Tuna fishing offshore has picked up and I expect to have good fishing on our upcoming trips
NIGHT TRIPS FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHT 7:30PM.
The Jamaica is sailing every day at 7:30AM. Some days we may catch more blues, other days more mackerel, sea bass, ling, etc.
Lately it has been more mackerel.
Sea bass are open again for two per person. Many of the spots we are fishing hold sea bass.
There are blues in the area but some days they're harder to catch than others so we go to wherever we think we will do the best for the day.
For the past two weeks it has been Southeast, and chumming.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON FLUKE AND SEA BASS 4PM - 8PM
