fabulous striper jigging off Montauk continues.

I fished on a party boat with my daughter out of Montauk, NY again yesterday evevening. We had fabulous jigging and many striper were in 30 - 40 lb range.
my daughter never jigged striper before. She got 5 and released 4.
That was perfect Father's and Daughter's Day. :)

I had 5 small striper on 4 oz jig and lost 9 yesterday evening. i think i know the reason why I lost many big fish. I tighten up the drag. Thus many big fish pulled hook. 30"striped didn't take line at all. 🙂 That is OK because it is a kind of experimentation.
