Had our season ending dinner last night at Chef Lou's Sage restaurant in Fair Lawn. Once again, Chef did not disappoint!
We started with the apps, Calamari cooked tender with a light heated Thai sweet chili sauce, Mussels Ala Lou, Shrimp w/ Marsala sauce that took three loafs of bread to eat it all up! A nice dinner salad w/Homemade dressing before the main course.
Joe had the Red Snapper for dinner, Leif did the Angel Hair Pasta with Crab meat, (something you don't find) on many menu's and I had Chicken with roasted pepper, Prosciutto, Spinach in a Vodka sauce over penne'. Dessert was an awesome Tartuffo.
Sadly Capt. Dan & Robbie were under the Weather and couldn't make it. That gives us another reason to go back soon!!!
