Fireman’s Blackfish Tournament

Islander II (AKA Kevin) from our site and Marina hung a big boy today @ 21.2 pounds!! They got the biggest fish and came in 2nd in the 5 fish tournament @ 38 and change and the winners from the Belmar port had 40 pounds.

Congrats to all and especially Kevin for the fish of a lifetime!!

Amazing to think Jimmy Carter was probably the POTUS when that fish was born. What an amazing catch and trophy fish. Congrats to the angler and crew, would have thought 1st place was a lock when that beast hit the deck. Tournament aside, that a memory of a lifetime. Awesome job guys!
