I've had HH bibs for 35 years, but I have gone through three sets of suspenders on them.

H/D GRUNDENS I've had mine for over 20 years. The HH's I had before didn't last more than a few seasons.

Love Grunden sare decades old. But I've NEVER had or needed HH's. So I don't know.

I have GC, HH, and Gr. HH lite jacket for spring/summer. GC bibs that I have used for 25 years. Gr heavy jacket for winter/nautical conditions.

Had HH for 30 yrs. but only wear when it's raining or very nautical in the blue water. Light weight pants/jacket for inshore.
