4 - 5 ripe Avacados - if not ripe place in brown bag until soft
1 2/2 cups sour cream
1 bunch scallions
1 cup of 4 type shreaded cheese - mex / chedder / montery jack
2 jars 16 oz or so of chi chi thick sausa - can be mild or med depend on your
liking
a few shakes of garlic salt
cut avacados scoop out and mash on a dish sprinkle with garlic salt
take sausa and drain excess juice - sausa should be thick while draining
spread sour cream over mashed avacados to form the second layer
spread sausa when drained spread over sour cream to form 3 layer
sprinkle with scallions then 4 part cheese
serve cold with corn chip SCOOPS and ( watch out )
total layers should be between 1/4 to 3/8 or so inch thick
