Caught my first ever Landlocked Salmon yesterday at Merrill Creek. It hit a live herring drifted on the surface. 20 inch fish. Can't wait to get back there. Also caught a 20 inch Smallmouth. This was only my 5th trip to Merrill and I caught decent fish every time.Nice clean water up there. No Slime like Spruce Run.
