Just received a "Alert" message in regards to Tropical Storm Henri from GEICO. Not sure what this is about since it looks like it will be way out at sea. Just thought I would share this.

As of right now it looks as if Henry is going to track east of NJ but looks like they are predicting LI, CT, RI and MA to get some direct effect.

I got the same warning message. They probably cast a wide net and contact everyone on the East coast that might potentially be affected.

Just saw the latest guidance and it looks like the storm track is more west now so could get a lot worse for NJ, especially the northern part of our coastline... Batten down the hatches!!

Can't we get a better storm path more accurate than Thursday morning?
Haven't found one. Yes RI and eastern LI look like a beating if that track is still accurate.

Going to screw the inshore waters up for a number of days but still time in the season for it to rebound. Surge and wave action coupled with freshwater runoff doesn’t bode well for beginning of week , but hope I’m wrong
