Big Jamaica 7/23 Report
Bluefish - Sea Bass - Mackerel - Marlin sightings
Bluefishing Saturday, & Sunday 7:30AM
Friday & Saturday 7:30PM
We had a pretty good day today.
We caught some blue fish, limits of sea bass, and some
good numbers of mackerel.
The pool winner was:
Luisvan Lozano from Reading PA with an 6 lb blue fish.
Fishing was disturbed at one point when a blue marlin swam
through the slick, and then later we saw a white marlin.
It looks good for tonight, and the weekend. The weather
report is good and there are more blues moving into our area.
The Jamaica is scheduled to sail at 7:30AM for Blue fish
Saturday, and Sunday at 7:30AM and we have space available.

Nice report. Marlin in that close to shore seems unusual. Water must be very clean and warm. Unless you're having some fun and just goofing on us!

A lifeguard actually posted a video of it A white marlin swimming 3 feet off the beach!
Extremely warm water, which will be a problem if a tropical storm heads this way this summer.
