King Mackerel Thursday

While fishing near the LI yesterday we caught a 46" King Mackerel. First one we ever caught. We brought it back to the dock and filleted it very carefully and brought some great looking meat home to my wife. We all have no idea how to cook it. Looking for suggestions

Sashimi mac...the only way to eat it...its all about the texture!!!

If sashimi or grilling do so ASAP. The oils get fishy after a few days.
