We left Manasquan inlet around 7:30 to the nicest weather that I have been out on this season. We anchored up and got to work. We picked away at Ling,a few keeper Seabass, medium Bluefish, and buckets of Squid if you fished for them. We caught both long and shortfin Squid. Sometimes 3 or 4 would attack the squid jigs at once. The underwater lights drew them in as the night went on. By the end of the night you didn't have to cast far. We had one group of 4 who came out to fish for Squid and they were not disappointed. There was one Cod caught at the horn. One customer had a Bluefish and keeper Sea Bass double header. Overall a good night on the water.
